This webinar will give you a preview of the face-to-face workshop “Leaders who coach – coaches who lead” taking place in Lisbon from February 14th to 15th, 2022.
Natalie Croome, the workshop facilitator, will present the workshop objectives and methods and clarify issues such as:
- What do school leaders gain by adopting a coaching approach?
- What challenges do they face?
- What exactly is Cognitive Coaching?
- What kind of issues do the school leader and the teacher discuss during a Cognitive Coaching session?
- How does this approach impact the school faculty?
- How does it ultimately translate into superior educational outcomes for the students?
This webinar will include a Q&A period by participants in which any additional questions will be clarified.
